LATEST MFAA NEWSNOAA EXHIBIT OPENING 2025-06-15 The 68th Annual Northern Ontario Art Association (NOAA) exhibit opened at the Centennial Museum in Sheguiandah this afternoon. This exhibition has been travelling Northern Ontario (starting out in Magnetewan last September) and finally has made it to Manitoulin Island this month. The Manitoulin Fine Arts Association is proud to say that 5 of our members had work accepted for the juried show. Sue Lampinen, winning an award for her pastel Snow Birds; Pam Jackson’s oil The Artist was accepted; Wendy Thorn’s acrylic Falls In Algonquin; Willa Wilson’s linoleum relief print Hatch; Christie Pearson Anderson’s watercolour Sumacs. The show is wonderful. Plan on stopping in to see it if you are on the Island.
